Can I return my order in store?
Currently our returns can only be made through DPD and not in one of our stores, you will find all the relevant information regarding our returns policy through the link below,
Where is my refund?
We aim to have our refunds processed within 3 to 10 working days, although at busier times they may take a bit longer.
We can assure you though that your refund will be with our accounts department, and they will have your refund processed as soon as possible.
Do you ship outside of Ireland?
Our delivery service is limited to within Ireland, so we do not ship outside of Ireland for the time being.

Can I use a voucher online?
Unfortunately, our vouchers can only be used in store but luckily we have many Allcare Pharmacies throughout Ireland where we are happy to take your voucher.

When will I receive my order?
On orders placed before 2pm we aim to get your delivery to you on the next working day, this may change due to busier periods of the year and in this case you should expect your order in 2 to 3 working days.
When will my click and collect order be ready for collection?
As with our home delivery service, on orders placed before 2pm we aim to deliver to the store on the next working day.
The pharmacy will be in contact with you once they have received your order to let you know it is available for collection.
How to book a covid booster vaccine?
Covid booster vaccines can be booked through our online booking portal, where you can see the appointments we have available and the stores they are available in.

Can I exchange my order?
Currently we are not able to offer an exchange policy, but we do have a simple returns process that makes returning your unwanted products stress free.
Once we have received the goods back at our warehouse, we will then put you down for a refund.
