You can shop in store right up until the 24th of December and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Free Delivery On Orders Over €49 Within Ireland
If you order before 2 pm Monday to Thursday you will receive your order the next day. there are some small product exceptions to this rule which can be found under the product description. Orders containing Medical Equipment (this does not include antigen tests) will be processed after the 4th of January.
Free Click & Collect to Allcare Pharmacy
All orders to your local Allcare Pharmacy are delivered free of charge. The same rules apply to order before 2 pm for next-day delivery.
Our delivery partners DPD ( www.dpd.ie ) are responsible for the prompt delivery of your goods. You will receive a text message informing you of a 2-hour window wherein your package will be delivered. Please note that a DPD representative may need to contact the phone number you provided in order to obtain directions and complete delivery. Also, a signature is required to complete delivery.
*Currently we only deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
If you have a need to return a product you have purchased from Allcare Pharmacy please follow the returns process below.
Returns for eligible products can be made within 14 days of the item being delivered. Please ensure to complete the returns documentation that is enclosed with your delivery or available to Download here. The invoice you receive with the order will provide you with the references required to fill out this documentation. Alternatively, registered customers can find a digital copy of the documentation in their account area.
To physically return the item(s) ordered to Allcare Pharmacy please use the Pickup Parcelshop service provided by our delivery partner DPD.
The DPD Parcelshop service has over 600 collection points nationwide to make it easy for you to return an order.

Please ensure to package & seal your return with all the documentation so we can verify the customer and order.

Products returned outside the returns period
If you return any product outside of the returns period using our parcel pickup service, we reserve the right not to offer a refund, partial or in full.
Taking care of your order
Once you receive your ordered item(s) please inspect your purchases. Please be aware you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.
Please note that some products cannot be returned once opened.
The following items cannot be returned within the terms of our refund policy:
- Opened cosmetic products
- Pierced earrings
- Electronic vouchers
- On Sale & End of line products.
- Baby formula
- Sexual health products
- Pregnancy Tests
- Medical devices such as Thermometers
Refunding your card
In the event that a refund is required, once we have processed your return we refund your card. Please allow 4-5 working days for your bank to process the refund.
Refunding Delivery & returns charges
Returned item(s) will be refunded in full including delivery & return charges providing the returned order meets with our online returns & refund policy.
Promotional discounts & returns
All orders paid for using a promotional discount code or loyalty as part of the payment are applied at the line item level on order. Returned items will not be refunded any discounts applied.
