How to use

Adults (including the elderly and children aged 16 years and over) Take 2 tablets 20 minutes before bedtime. Other products containing paracetamol may be taken for daytime relief but the maximum daily dose must not exceed 4,000 mg (including these tablets) in 24 hours.
