We have a Free pharmacist consultation service you can access from the safety of your own home 

How does it work?

If you have a medicines or general health-related query, our pharmacists in any of our Allcare pharmacies are available and happy to help.  Alternatively, you can use our ‘Ask an Allcare Pharmacist’ service, which is available for anyone who would benefit from a remote consultation with one of our pharmacists without leaving the safety of their home. Our ‘Ask an Allcare Pharmacist’ service provides three methods of communicating with experienced and highly trained experts, choose whichever suits you.

  1. Live Chat- this is an instant chat tool available on our website. Simply click on the blue ‘ask’ icon on the right-hand side of any webpage and type in your query. This service is available 10 am-4 pm Monday-Friday.
  2. Email- complete the query form below and one of our pharmacists will be in touch. We aim to respond to all queries within two working days.
  3. Video Call- We have a team of pharmacists available for face-to-face consultations over a video call. To request a video call simply complete the appointment request form below and one of our pharmacists will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm a time that suits you. This service is available 10 am-4 pm Monday-Friday.
